Third Party Services

As any other business, we may need to share personal data with other services providers that we use in our operation for billing, backup, analytics etc. Access to these systems is regulated by our strict internal security policies and most require two-step verification.


We use Sage One for our accounting package for recurring billing and invoicing . SagePay is a PCI-compliant service, so all payment method information (for example credit card details), even though passed to the payment providers, are not stored by us.  We use Sage as a customer relationship management portal. The service provides various processes to help automate the sales and customer relationship management process. 


We use GoDaddy as our website hosting platform.  Details of their privacy policy is at 


Zoom is an online conference platform with video call and screens sharing support. We use it for demos and support calls with our customers.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to learn how visitors interact with our website and for marketing-related purposes.

Google AdWords

Google AdWords is Google's advertising system in which advertisers bid on certain keywords in order for their clickable ads to appear in Google's search results. We may use Google Adwords to promote our content, products and services.

Google Doubleclick

Google’s DoubleClick products provide ad serving and ad management solutions to various companies which buy, create or sell online advertising. We may use Google Doubleclick to promote our content, products and services online.


We may use Facebook Ads Manager to promote our company, content, products and services to different audiences.


We may use embedded YouTube videos on our website, blog and knowledge base. When you play these videos, your visitor data and cookies are processed by YouTube.
